Kim Pladson is the President & CEO of TNT Kid’s Fitness, and one of the co-founders. She is the visionary behind TNT’s ground-breaking work and has grown its organization within the Fargo-Moorhead footprint and North Dakota state-wide. She launched school community partnerships and works on policy and practice to generate change on a much broader level.
Kim’s passion centers on helping children achieve their very best and to advocate for children to have the same opportunities no matter their abilities. TNT’s vision is to build an online integrated physical activity learning for schools across North Dakota and beyond!
Her mindsets are solution-based which helped institutionalize TNT’s practices in schools, and leverages her relationships to encourage community businesses, schools, and higher education to consider a world of inclusion and how they can influence to create the change needed.
Kim grew up in rural Portland, ND. She and her husband, Mike, have one daughter, Leslie, and two grandchildren, Scarlet and Lucy. She and her husband love being grandparents and are active in many TNT and community events that support inclusion and movement!
